Low Cost Storage Why pay more?
What can I store?
Virtually anything, domestic storage, commercial items, furniture, books,
clothes, personal effects, appliances, files, office equipment, documents, etc.
However, please note that we cannot accept inflammable, perishable or illegal
goods.
I'm moving house - why should I store with SMARTBOX?
Security, service, flexibility and best value for money, we are far cheaper than
any of the conventional self-storage companies such as Access or Big Yellow.
Need transportation of your goods?
We offer free collection service (Man & Van) for customers storing for 6 months
and over and pre-pay in advance. Customers storing for less will be entitle to
discounted collection charges.
Will my goods be safe?
Yes, containerised storage is one of the most secure forms of storage on the
market and your container is for your sole use. We have video CCTV surveillance,
smoke and fire detection and extensive intruder alarm systems operating 24 hours
a day, 365 days a year.
Can I access my container?
If you need access to your container, no problems at all, just give us 48 hours
notice and we’ll ensure it’s ready for your inspection. Access at our Croydon
and Chiswick is immediate but a notice of 24 hours is required.

What about insurance?
Your goods must be insured whilst in store with us. Cover may already be
provided via an existing policy you hold (for example your household Insurance
policy), but if this is not the case we can provide insurance cover for your
goods.
How do I know someone won't tamper with or steal my
possessions?
All our storage containers have a seal on them, inventory form will completed
and sign by you at the time of collection.
I might need less / more space in the future. Is this a
problem?
This is no problem at all. You can reduce/increase the amount of containers you
have at any time.
Do you offer any other services?
We offer Removal Service and Full Packing service, Boxes and packaging,
shipping, Man & Van Service and Distribution
